Reservation and Booking

All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Lexana Guest House.
A valid credit card, mobile money (Momo), bank transfer, or card payment may be required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 14 hours after booking time will incur no charges.
Cancellations made within 28 hours of booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 35% of the total booking cost.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from the arrival time, and check-out time is 12 p.m. the next day.
Late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.
